Family Fun session!
These are unstructured free play sessions for school age children and their younger siblings. Please note a parent must be fully supervising any preschool children at all times. The school age children must have a parent or guardian staying to watch them.
Terms and conditions of pre booked PAYG preschool classes and open gym sessions
Up to 7 days prior to your booking date you can cancel an existing booking and receive a full refund
If you need to cancel within 7 days of your booking, we will endeavour to move your booking to a suitable time. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for refund or reschedule.
Should we feel it’s necessary to cancel your booking, we shall use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause, but no other compensation shall be payable.
