Open Gym session!

These are free play sessions for school age children. Please note a parent must stay with the child attending at all times. We cannot allow preschool age children onto the gym floor during these sessions due to insurance regulations. If preschool siblings attend they would need to stay behind the barriers at all times unless being carried in a sling. If preschool children are booked onto these sessions their space will be cancelled and no refund will be able to be offered.

Terms and conditions of pre booked PAYG preschool classes and open gym sessions

Up to 7 days prior to your booking date you can cancel an existing booking and receive a full refund

If you need to cancel within 7 days of your booking, we will endeavour to move your booking to a suitable time. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for refund or reschedule.

Should we feel it’s necessary to cancel your booking, we shall use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause, but no other compensation shall be payable.
